AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JuJubee Skincare LLC ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the jujubeeskincare.com website, as well as any related services, products, or applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.

SERVICES OFFERED

JuJubee Skincare LLC provides:

- E-commerce sales of natural skincare products shipped throughout the United States

- Clinical facial services provided by NYC Licensed Clinical Esthetician Lindsey Villani at BLOOM BEAUTY LOUNGE in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood (operated in partnership with Jillian)

- Marketing communications via email and SMS text messaging through our marketing platform, American Dreams Marketing

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or services from us. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Product Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website, even after an order has been submitted.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated and charged based on applicable state and local laws for your shipping address.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

- FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more

- Flat rate shipping of $6.99 on orders under $75.00

- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only

Shipping Times

Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our store are shipped pursuant to a shipping contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

REFUND POLICY

As a small business creating products in small batches to maintain optimal efficacy, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your order or experience any issues with product quality, please contact us at [email protected]. While sales are final, we review each situation on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

SERVICE APPOINTMENTS (BLOOM BEAUTY LOUNGE)

Booking and Scheduling

Clinical facial services are provided by appointment only at BLOOM BEAUTY LOUNGE located in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee

- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee

- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Service Standards

All facial services are performed by NYC Licensed Clinical Esthetician Lindsey Villani. While we strive to provide excellent results, individual results may vary. Services are not a substitute for medical treatment.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AND SMS/TEXT MESSAGING

Consent to Marketing Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive marketing communications from JuJubee Skincare, including:

- Promotional messages about products, services, and special offers

- Order confirmations and shipping notifications

- Appointment reminders and service-related communications

- Educational content about skincare

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

- Message frequency varies based on your engagement and promotional campaigns

- Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier
