Yes. We use natural and organic ingredients whenever possible, and we're transparent about what goes into every product. No harsh chemicals, no synthetic fragrances, no filler ingredients. Do you offer facial services, or just products?
Both! Lindsey offers professional clinical facial services in New York City, and our natural skincare products ship to New York, New Jersey, and nationwide. You can book a facial in NYC or shop our collection online whichever works best for you.
How do I know which products are right for my skin type?
Every product page includes detailed descriptions and recommendations for specific skin types (dry, oily, combination, sensitive). We also offer skincare bundles curated for dry/normal skin and oily/acne-prone skin. Still not sure? Email us at [email protected] we're here to help you figure it out.
Do you ship nationwide? What about to New Jersey?
Yes! We ship to all 50 states, including New York, New Jersey, and everywhere in between. Orders over $50 ship free. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can I return or exchange products if they don't work for my skin?
We want you to love your skincare. If something isn't working for you, reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase at [email protected]. We'll work with you to find a solution whether that's an exchange, store credit, or skincare guidance.
How long do JuJubee products last?
Because we make everything in small batches with fresh ingredients and no synthetic preservatives, we recommend using products within 6-12 months of purchase. Each product has a period-after-opening (PAO) symbol on the label showing the recommended use timeframe. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
